Join Jen Daniels, E-RYT 500, for an afternoon geared toward competitive and recreational runners alike. This unique yoga clinic is designed to prevent injury by strengthening the body and releasing tension.
Yoga offers both physical and mental benefits for a more comfortable running experience.
Running impacts joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons. Physically, yoga will help to increase range of motion, endurance, mobility, balance, strength and flexibility. Mentally, yoga will help to reduce stress and increase mental focus.
