Friday, March 6th, 6- 7:30 pm with Lisa
In this lighthearted and adventurous workshop, we will use a simple prop called a yoga wheel to play and explore, stretching our bodies, opening our minds, and finding new balance both on and off the mat. We will learn how to use the yoga wheel to achieve new poses and deepen familiar ones. We’ll also get creative and play with the wheel, exploring arm balances, inversions, and fun new shapes before settling down for a well-earned savasana.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered to suit every yogi’s practice.Yoga wheels will be provided, just bring your mat and your playful curiosity.
